I started drinking vegetable-fruit juices for every breakfast since approx. Sept 15th, 2015. The ratio of vegetable with fruit is around 3 to 1. I didn’t start because I experience any uncomfortable or sickness, but because the teacher said juices may help to reduce weight. To try it out, I started on approx. Sept 15th, and my weight really decreased significantly after about half month. Afterwards I tried to take juices for 3 whole days (literally, stop taking any food or drinks other than juices), which didn’t lead to any discomfort. My activities were as usual and I was fresh but not sleepy or exhausted at all. I had light soar throat and dental ulcer without any medication before purely drinking juices. Surprisingly, the ulcer turned a lot better on the second day and the soar throat was gone.

 

One of the most cheerful things is that I lost about 2.5kg during ten days or so when I drank juices. Since I gave birth to my son 9 years ago, and I’ve been trying to lose weight adopting various methods, which cost a lot but eventually failed. This time, however, it cost me less money and effort. I’ve been drinking juices for 2 months so far, and I lost about 4kg in total. Another problem solved is that I didn’t experience the lower back pain during the period, which ended in just 3-4 days. In the past, there was severe pain and the discomfort may last for 5-6 days. This is such a relief!

 

My husband has stomach problems before we were married. Too much gastric acid, stomach swollen, cold stomach, made him can’t eat anything cold, raw or even hard. He tried both Western and Chinese medicine. Though he got better, he still felt uncomfortable when he didn’t eat proper – sometime the acid reflux came to him even when he got a candy. I didn’t expect him to drink juices at the beginning, bearing the thought that they may make him unwell. However, my husband mentioned his stomach problem again when I had juices for almost a month, so it came to me that he should try the juices. He has been drinking for half a month so far, and hasn’t complaint for any discomfort. He recognizes this method a lot and keeps drinking for every breakfast. Thus, I recommend people with stomach problems to try it out as well.

 

I provide my son juices for breakfast as well, but I didn’t push him to drink it for he’s only 9 years old. His juices normally taste better because of more fruit added. He is pretty healthy. Sometimes he got cold or other small issues, I may not take him to doctors or take medicines because I, sharing the same idea as our guiders, wanted to improve his body’s ability of self-healing. After all, he recovered pretty quickly and all medication has its side effects.

 

In conclusion, as many of our fans have said, when there is a way of living that you have faith in it, just accept it, believe in it and recognize it. Stop doubting it and asking too much questions, but more comprehension and experiencing would help you to benefit eventually.
