Why we don’t recommend drinking milk?

Drinking milk is considered an excellent source of protein, but 87% of milk protein is casein which is related to diseases like cancer and allergies.

When building up animal models of cancer in labs, scientists usually give animals cancer by feeding them casein. Some conclusions say that casein is a strong carcinogenic substance. in the book named The China Study written by American scientist Colin Campbell, the writer provides much evidence and data proving that milk and animal food are not good resources of protein, while the proteins from plants are food for our health.

Milk is also considered a rich source of calcium. This is true, but blood is acidified after drinking milk because of its protein content. Blood acidity increases calcium in the blood, as it is taken from the bones and lost in both urine and blood. This makes bone rarefaction worse. Official epidemiological surveys show that countries with the highest rates of bone rarefaction are those where people drink the most milk.

In the past, there was a sentence: Milk can make a nation stronger. But in the face of epidemiological evidence, we have to admit and respect the fact that milk may be an important cause of chronic disease.
