Material ratio (weight): brown sugar: vegetable and fruit peel: water - 1:3:10 - Step 1: Find a container with a plastic seal and fill 60% of it with water. For example for a 10L bucket, fill it with 6L of water. - Step 2: Add 10% of the capacity in sugar (preferably brown sugar). For example for a 10L bucket, add 0.6kg brown sugar. - Step 3: Add three times the weight of the sugar in discarded vegetable and fruit peels. For example for a 10L bucket add 1.8kg vegetable and fruit peel. - Step 4: Tighten the container, ferment for 3 months (during the first month open the container and mix daily).
