For your health, Xinzhen Health is against consuming the following foods:

1 - Packaged foods and drinks stored for long periods of time which contain many food additives.

2 - Highly-processed grains, oils, salt and sugar, as well as highly-purified healthcare products including vitamin and calcium tablets, etc.

These kinds of nutrients and food will deplete your valuable bio-active substances if you consume them for a long time, which will in turn cause enzyme over-consumption and metabolic disturbance. Diabetes is the typical, tragic result of highly-processed or highly-purified food.

3 - Genetically-modified food

Your body may not accept the genes of genetically modified food, which may cause unpredictable genetic mutations or rejection reactions in your body. Xinzhen Health recommends not trying this kind of food until we get more research and reliable information on their effects.

4 - Large amounts of animal products.

The consumption of too much animal food causes intestinal tract deposition and toxin retention. This may lead to chronic diseases, or even cancer. As such, we recommend reducing your intake of animal food to zero. This may lead you to worry about insufficient protein intake, but in fact, we do not need so much protein. The consumption of too much protein may cause many chronic diseases like senile dementia or cancer. The proteins contained in plants are sufficient for our bodies, and these plant-sourced proteins are much better for us than animal proteins

Natural fresh vegetables and diversified whole grains are the best food types for our body. Diversification is a key principle which you should always remember. This will avoid having too much, or too little of a kind of nutrient in your body, and help build up the self-healing process.

Another thing to remember is to eat as many uncooked vegetables, nuts, and seeds as possible. Try to eat at least 50% uncooked food during your meals every day. Drinking juice is a good way to increase the ratio of your uncooked food intake.

5 - Junk vegetarian food

Junk vegetarian food is any kind of deeply-processed plant-based food. This includes highly-processed foods, fried foods, cakes, biscuits, salted foods, etc. These kinds of foods contain free-radicals, carcinogenic, and bio-active substance-killing elements. Indeed, the bio-active substances of vegetables which we need for synthesis and decomposing chemical reactions are destroyed above 40 degrees Celsius.
