What if you feel hungry after drinking juice?

 

Nearly everyone will feel hungry when starting to drink juice for breakfast. This phenomenon indicates that your body has not yet well adapted to the change in dietary habit. Here are some solutions:

- Drink enough juice/smoothie every morning until you feel full.

- Drink more juice/smoothie after 2 hours if you still feel hungry.

- Eat some fruits, nuts or seeds.

- Do not eat any cooked food until lunch.

Please remember that you shouldn’t worry about feeling hungry. This does not indicate that your body is lacking energy, but that your stomach needs some time to adapt to a juicing life. Sometimes, the feeling of hunger will disappear if you focus on other things.
