Is your juice diversified?

Diversification of juice means that, every day, you make juice with different vegetables (including the flowers, leaves, stems, roots, and fruits of plants), nuts and seeds (walnuts, peanuts, apricots, sesame, linseed, etc. ; not exceeding 5% of your juice). It is better to drink different juices every day, as the consumption of varied colors and types every day means that your nutritional intake is diversified with everything you need.\

As an example, here is a juice plan for a week taken by a pregnant woman:

Monday : celery, apple juice - 700 ml for breakfast only. Standard Lunch & Dinner.

Tuesday : bell pepper, pear, walnut juice - 700 ml for breakfast only. Standard Lunch & Dinner.

Wednesday : asparagus, pomegranate, kale - 700 ml for breakfast only. Standard Lunch & Dinner.

Thursday : strawberry, lettuce, smoothie - 800ml including water 200ml for breakfast only.

Standard Lunch & Dinner.

Friday : banana, broccoli smoothie - 800ml including water 200ml for breakfast only.

Standard Lunch & Dinner. Saturday : white gourd, cantaloupe juice - 700 ml for breakfast only. Standard Lunch & Dinner.

Sunday : orange, cabbage smoothie - 800ml including water 200ml for breakfast only.

Standard Lunch & Dinner.

From this plan, you can see and understand what juice diversification is! Try to vary and change the 2 to 3 types of fruits and vegetables used every day.
