Whether the juice you drink is actually “diversified”?

 

Diversified means eating the roots, stems and leaves of vegetables and fruits, plus a small amount (less than 5%) of nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.), seeds (flax seeds, sesame seeds, etc.). It also means changing and not repeating the types every day, as more variety is better. Fruits and vegetables of all kinds of colors and different types should be eaten, so one can consume as many varied nutrients as possible.

For example, let’s take a look at a pregnant mother’s weekly juice plan:

Monday : celery, apple juice - 700ml. Standard lunch and dinner.

Tuesday : bell pepper, pear, walnut juice - 800 ml.

Wednesday : lettuce, garnet, cabbage juice - 700 ml. Drinking slowly during work.

Thursday, first day of Spring Festival holiday: lettuce and water smoothie, 800 ml for two people. Tastes sour and sweet, acceptable.

Friday, second day of Spring Festival holiday: banana, broccoli, warm water smoothie.

Saturday: wax gourd, cantaloupe juice - 700 ml, tastes very sweet.

Sunday: orange, chard smoothie.

As you can see, changing the types of fruits and vegetables every day is simple!
